Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and maintain detailed records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, competitive sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
  • Possess a professional demeanor with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
