Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and maintain detailed records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Possess a professional demeanor with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
