Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new UMKM clients across Malang and East Java regions
- Conduct needs analysis to understand business challenges and growth objectives
- Present and demonstrate Majoo's technology solutions tailored to client requirements
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic pipeline management
- Collaborate with product team to provide client feedback for solution enhancement
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Participate in industry events to expand market presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably with UMKM/SME clientele
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Indonesian SME market dynamics
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
