Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and on-site visits to build strong business relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with marketing team for event planning and campaign implementation
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics
- Identify new market opportunities and potential client partnerships
- Represent Knitto Textiles at industry exhibitions and trade shows
- Maintain updated CRM records and sales pipeline documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in B2B sales or textile industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
