Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and product expertise.
- Support the Marketing department in implementing promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to our sales approach.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and potential growth areas.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales operations and internal departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients within the Banten/Tangerang region.
