Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to potential buyers
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and negotiate contract terms
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve client-specific requirements
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Submit regular sales reports using CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication in both Indonesian and English
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Knowledge of industrial gas products preferred
