Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, networking, and site inspections.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing corporate accounts and travel partners to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and detailed proposals tailored to specific client needs.
  • Coordinate closely with the Front Office and F&B departments to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, hotel tours, and local marketing campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or tourism sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Jakarta hospitality market, particularly in the Jakarta Pusat and Pasar Baru areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and sales quotas.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as effectively within a collaborative team.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and a guest-centric mindset that reflects the hotel's brand image.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
