Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing contracts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services according to client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM) and own transport is an added advantage.
