Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services according to client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM) and own transport is an added advantage.
