Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and identify potential clients interested in Umroh and Haji packages through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations to explain package details, pricing, and travel itineraries to potential customers.
- Close sales and secure contracts by effectively addressing client concerns and demonstrating the value of our services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless processing of bookings and travel arrangements for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the religious tourism sector to identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism, hospitality, or religious services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven work ethic.
- Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid Indonesian ID Card (KTP) and willing to work in Blitar, Jawa Timur.
