Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our market share in the Makassar region.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with current market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of discipline and resilience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
