- Develop and maintain strong relationships with UMKM clients in Bogor and surrounding regions
- Conduct comprehensive business needs assessments to identify growth opportunities
- Present and demonstrate Majoo's technological solutions tailored to client requirements
- Drive sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably with UMKM or retail sector clients
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to understand business operations and pain points of small enterprises
- Strong self-motivation with demonstrated target achievement history
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent client visits across Bogor region
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
