Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and store acquisition goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Present product solutions to potential clients and negotiate contracts
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional activities
- Track competitor activities and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail/FMCG sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) with personal vehicle access
- Proficiency in Indonesian and local dialects
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
