PT Evlen Indonesia Industri is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Demak, Jawa Tengah. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in driving our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with our valued clients.

We are looking for an individual who thrives on challenges and is passionate about achieving sales excellence. You will be responsible for conducting direct field visits, presenting our product portfolio, and ensuring that we consistently meet our regional sales targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Conduct regular field visits to clients and prospective customers to present products and solutions.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a field-based customer-facing role.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and personal transport for field operations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting performance benchmarks.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local Demak and Central Java market.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle client objections professionally.
