Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our client base in the Jakarta market.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through professional networking and prospecting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal production and operations teams to ensure sales commitments are realistic and achievable.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals and business contracts to stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and high levels of client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and operations management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and influence decision-makers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between sales forecasts and operational capacity.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
