Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business leads through market research and networking.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and remain competitive.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role or related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales targets under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for field visits as needed.
