As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for expanding our market presence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to articulate the value of our products/services to potential clients.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Surabaya area as required.
