Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new potential clients within the target UMKM market segment.
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate Majoo's products and services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to provide feedback based on client requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or Fintech/EdTech industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Deep understanding of the UMKM landscape and business challenges in Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Bekasi area.
