Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Present our services to potential clients and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare sales reports, sales projections, and market analysis for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new accounts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities within the Yogyakarta market.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a sales-related role (fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Yogyakarta region as required.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
