Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly individual and team targets.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Actively monitor and manage the assigned 'mommiping' (retail area) to ensure maximum product visibility.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Handle product inquiries, demonstrations, and sales transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team to ensure popular stock is available.
- Prepare daily or weekly sales reports to track progress toward company KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in mobile technology or consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence potential buyers.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to be stationed in Palembang and comfortable working in a retail environment.
- Ability to work professionally under pressure to meet strict sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in retail sales reporting and Microsoft Office/mobile-based apps.
