Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to prospective clients in the Banjarmasin area.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for field operations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using MS Office or CRM software.
