Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to prospective clients in the Banjarmasin area.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for field operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using MS Office or CRM software.
