Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to capitalize on new opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Tangerang and Greater Jakarta area as required.
