Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and pitch meetings to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative and strategy teams to prepare compelling project proposals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our agency's value proposition.
- Represent Dozens Studio at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Accurately track sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts in our CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar role within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of digital, design, or creative agency services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to persuade stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with a strong focus on goal achievement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
