We are seeking a high-energy Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be the face of Getstok, building strong relationships with business owners and helping them scale their operations through our innovative digital platform. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and approach potential B2B clients, specifically building material store owners.
  • Present the Getstok platform effectively to demonstrate its value proposition and efficiency benefits.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct on-site store visits to provide training and support for using our ordering platform.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team to help refine our sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall user experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or general trade.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mindset and a drive to meet challenging sales targets.
  • Proficient in using mobile technology and CRM tools for daily sales reporting.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Jakarta Raya area for client acquisition and management.
  • Resilient, professional, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
