Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect potential new clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with company pricing policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and high-quality customer support.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions within the company CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a resilient, target-driven mindset.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya area.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation is a plus.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
