Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to track progress and identify trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client queries efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software for sales administration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment and handle rejection with resilience.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Jakarta area if required.
