Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify and acquire new customers through market research and cold outreach
- Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
- Monitor product stock levels and optimize in-store displays for maximum visibility
- Manage end-to-end billing processes and payment collection
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
