In this role, you will act as the primary brand ambassador for John Deere, the world's leader in agricultural innovation. You will be instrumental in empowering local farmers and agri-businesses by providing them with the world-class machinery they need to maximize productivity and modernize their operations.
We are looking for someone who understands the heartbeat of the local agricultural sector—a hunter who is comfortable in the field, building long-term relationships with stakeholders, and delivering consultative sales solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities within the agricultural and forestry sectors in Samarinda and surrounding regions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of John Deere tractors and agricultural equipment to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with farmers, plantation managers, and agribusiness owners.
- Provide expert technical advice to clients regarding equipment specifications, application, and maintenance.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, financing plans, and after-sales support agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
- Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions, sales leads, and revenue forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or heavy equipment sales, preferably within the agricultural or plantation sector.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural industry landscape in East Kalimantan.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (SIM A/C).
- Proficiency in local languages and Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an added advantage.
