Are you a passionate sales professional with a drive for the agricultural industry? PT WAHANA INTI SELARAS is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting and selling world-class John Deere tractors and heavy agricultural machinery to farmers, cooperatives, and agri-businesses across the region.

We are looking for someone who understands the challenges of modern agriculture and can provide consultative solutions to improve productivity for our clients. You will build long-term relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and technical support. If you are a results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a flair for networking, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Actively prospect for new clients and identify opportunities within the agricultural sector.
  • Provide expert advice and product demonstrations to potential customers regarding John Deere tractors and equipment.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and contract agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the agriculture industry.
  • Provide after-sales support and facilitate technical assistance coordination when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural machinery or heavy equipment sector.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural operations and farming equipment applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve and grow.
