Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector in Bali.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing key account clients.
- Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and tastings to promote our portfolio.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and visit logs for management review.
- Collaborate with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth product distribution and brand activations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the beverage, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
- Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market and existing professional networks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Fluency in Indonesian and good command of English (both written and verbal).
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for daily field visits.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
