Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the architectural glass sector.
  • Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Consult with architects, interior designers, and contractors to recommend optimal glass solutions for their projects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and product demonstration to proposal submission and final closing.
  • Prepare accurate project estimates and sales quotations in collaboration with the technical engineering team.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely project delivery and post-sales support.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations to remain a trusted advisor to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or architectural products industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Jabodetabek area for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales reporting.
  • A solid understanding of architectural blueprints and technical drawings is highly preferred.
