Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients within the Bangka Belitung region to expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, IT managers, and business decision-makers.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations of our telecommunications solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, contracts, and tender documents in alignment with company policies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing the deal.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and implementation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications or IT solutions sector.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, fiber optics, or cloud services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet clients across the region.
- Deep knowledge of the local business landscape in Pangkal Pinang and Bangka Belitung.
