PT Inti Pangan Ekatama is a rapidly growing player in the food industry, and we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (B2B & B2C) to join our team in Surabaya. As a key member of our sales force, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for expanding our market reach and nurturing long-term partnerships with our clients.
In this role, you will execute comprehensive sales strategies, ranging from traditional canvassing to consultative B2B presentations. We are looking for an individual who is not just a closer, but a relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional canvassing and prospecting to identify new B2B and B2C business opportunities.
- Perform compelling product presentations tailored to the specific needs of diverse client segments.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and follow-up to successful negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and recurring business.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and provide market feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to perform field work (canvassing) and travel as required.
- Proficient in target-oriented environments with a strong drive for achievement.
- Good knowledge of the local Surabaya market and business landscape.
- Able to operate basic office software (MS Office) for administrative reporting.
