Gandum Mas Kencana is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive our B2B Food Service division in Batam. Join our team to spearhead sales strategies, cultivate long-term client relationships, and expand our market presence in Indonesia's thriving industrial hub. You'll be instrumental in negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and achieving ambitious sales targets while representing our premium food service solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end B2B Food Service sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients in Batam
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to maximize profitability
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with product team to customize solutions for client needs
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Diploma accepted with experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in Food Service or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with commercial clients
- Deep understanding of Batam's industrial and commercial landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
