Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain B2B client relationships in the cargo and logistics sector
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Present company logistics solutions and negotiate service agreements
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics preferred
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in logistics or cargo industry
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
