Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the Denpasar and Bali market.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and support teams to streamline client onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a market advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High self-motivation and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Resilient personality with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel for client meetings within Bali.
