Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the Bali and Nusa Tenggara markets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of the Bali and Nusa Tenggara business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is preferred for field travel.
