- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners in the Pangkalan Bun area
- Identify and approach potential clients through bank channels to promote Manulife's insurance products
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Prepare and present insurance proposals tailored to client requirements
- Follow up with existing bank partner clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by management

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or bancassurance
