Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory of Banjarmasin.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage your daily route and activities to maximize efficiency in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a field-related role.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and own vehicle driving proficiency is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of the local Banjarmasin market is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity and professional appearance.
