Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive canvassing at building material retail stores across Jakarta
- Deliver compelling product presentations to architects, contractors, and developers
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the sales team
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely product delivery
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in building materials or construction industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills with persuasive abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
- Familiarity with construction terminology and architectural processes
