Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in CCTV, access control, and turnstile systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approach
- Present and demonstrate security solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve targets
- Collaborate with technical team to deliver customized security solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in B2B sales (security industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical security systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Target-driven with sales achievement mindset
- Valid driver's license and willingness for client visits
