Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Cikarang area and surrounding industrial zones.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet challenging sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Good command of Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle to facilitate mobility in the Cikarang area.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with a strong desire for personal growth.
