Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial cooling and refrigeration market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including contractors, facility managers, and engineering firms.
- Provide technical consultation to clients regarding compressor, chiller, and cold storage system requirements.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in HVAC, cooling, or industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of compressors, chillers, and cold storage system fundamentals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients across Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse client portfolios.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business/Marketing is preferred.
