Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new industrial clients within the steel and engineering sector in the East Java region.
- Conduct professional presentations and technical consultations to demonstrate product value and engineering fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, contracts, and technical proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven professional experience in industrial or engineering sales.
- Educational background in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of steel products, construction materials, or related technical industrial components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated individual with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Surabaya area and surrounding regions as required.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with basic CRM tools.
