You will be responsible for managing existing portfolios while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities to expand our market share. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the F&B industry.
  • Proactively identify and prospect new clients across hotels, apartments, restaurants, and cafes.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account planning.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the F&B or hospitality supplier sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle (preferred).
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to high-level customer service.
