Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry? We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Bali. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, managing high-value key accounts and fostering long-term partnerships with major F&B chain operators across Indonesia.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands the nuances of the Indonesian F&B market, possesses excellent negotiation skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. If you are a hunter by nature with a proven track record of maintaining and growing key accounts, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing F&B key accounts and chain partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Indonesian hospitality and F&B sectors.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and negotiations with high-level stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian F&B market and existing relationships with chain accounts is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and support regional operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
