Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for F&B products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Manage sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
- Coordinate with marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Train retail staff on product features and benefits
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or retail distribution
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid SIM C and personal vehicle for field visits
- Deep understanding of Tangerang's retail landscape
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Target-oriented with proven sales achievements
