Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand distribution channels.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts within the FMCG sector.
- Conduct regular sales visits and product presentations to maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery and effective in-store promotions.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Surabaya market landscape and distribution networks.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with modern CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to facilitate field operations.
