Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for the food and beverage industry? PT Satya Anugerah Nutritama is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market reach by supplying premium raw materials to food manufacturers across the Jakarta and Tangerang regions.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the food manufacturing sector.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiations with key decision-makers and procurement managers.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to identify trends and competition.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Participate in regular office-based training to stay updated on product specifications and market regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the food ingredients or raw materials industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools for sales pipeline management.
  • Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
