Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients within the Yogyakarta F&B industry.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing and account handover.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant owners, cafe managers, and food manufacturers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide insightful feedback to the product team based on customer needs and packaging demands.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging or F&B supply industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy sales pipeline independently.
  • Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C/A).
  • Fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales and a business-related degree are encouraged to apply.
