Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients within the Yogyakarta F&B industry.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing and account handover.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant owners, cafe managers, and food manufacturers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide insightful feedback to the product team based on customer needs and packaging demands.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging or F&B supply industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy sales pipeline independently.
- Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C/A).
- Fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales and a business-related degree are encouraged to apply.
