As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for navigating the B2B landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored equipment solutions that optimize our clients' warehouse operations. We are looking for a candidate who is not only a closer but also a consultant who understands the technical nuances of material handling machinery. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B customers within the logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing sectors in Jakarta Raya.
- Promote and execute sales or rental agreements for Electric Reach Trucks and Forklifts to meet monthly targets.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and site surveys to recommend the most efficient equipment for client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and closing deals while ensuring healthy profit margins.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to encourage repeat business and equipment upgrades.
- Collaborate with the technical service team to ensure seamless equipment delivery and after-sales support.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, market analysis, and pipeline updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of successful sales experience, ideally in forklifts, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of material handling equipment specifications and warehouse operational workflows.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Results-driven mindset with a clear history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and be willing to travel for client site visits.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.
