Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing furniture clients.
- Provide expert advice and consultations to clients regarding our product range and design compatibility.
- Conduct professional presentations and showroom demonstrations to showcase furniture quality and functionality.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new collections and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the furniture and home decor industry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, direct sales, or customer service (furniture or interior industry experience is a significant plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers.
- High level of proactivity and self-motivation with a clear focus on achieving target-based KPIs.
- Presentable, professional appearance, and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and sales reporting software.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including flexibility to work on weekends/public holidays if required.
